1./ VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency, Inc., is a specialized agency that introduces clientele with compatible personality, interests, and physical requirements. Although the ultimate goal is to match well-suited partners, under no circumstances can VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency guarantee perfect results, particularly in the area of personalities or personal satisfaction.

 2./ By registering with VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency, Inc., you become a client of the Service (a ìClientî), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the ìTermsî) for as long as you continue to be a Client.

 3./To become a Client you must complete all VivaAmar registration material. When and if you register to become a Client, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that if your VivaAmar Application is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of our Services. VivaAmar is not responsible for any information submitted by a foreign client.

 4./To qualify for VivaAmar Membership you must be at least 21 old, single, available, and of good character. You must be employed or otherwise financially responsible, and you must have no history of felonies, domestic violence convictions, or other antisocial behavior.

 5./Under the terms of this contract, VivaAmar agrees to introduce Argentinean women according each Membership Plan you have signed. VivaAmar is not responsible for even or consistent allocation of introductions per trip, but will provide the full number of agreed introductions. Individual participation is essential for success in this process, so Clients are required to call regularly with feedback on introductions. Clients may remove themselves from our database and place their Membership on hold for up to 6 months at any given time in their program.

 6./Your Membership in the Service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your Membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your Membership to any other person or entity.

 7./Either the Client or VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency, Inc., may terminate Membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the party.

 8./ All Membership fees paid are nonrefundable after the Membership Term expired of this contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you, which is brought to our attention.

 9./ Client waives any and all claims, damages, losses, or causes of action against VivaAmar arising out of any referrals of the Clients to any other Clients. Client indemnifies and agrees to hold VivaAmar forever harmless from any and all claims of damage whatsoever resulting from any introduction provided the Client. Client understands that should VivaAmar have reason to enter into litigation with Client for any reason related to the organization, its Clients or employees, Client is directly responsible for all attorney fees, other costs, and all legal costs.

 10./ VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients, so it adheres to the following privacy policy:

     10.1. All acceptable information that you provide on your Personal Profile will be no displayed on line. Any information that is not for display on your Personal Profile will be kept strictly private.

     10.2. Your name, e-mail address, or other personal information will never be sold or shared with any other business or marketing campaign without your permission.

    10.3. VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency is subject to the law and is required to give information to legal authorities if they have the proper authorization such as a search warrant or court order.

    10.4. Your individual use of VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency and your interaction with others through VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency will be kept strictly private.

    10.5. In the course of serving ads to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique 'cookie' on your browser. Cookies are a perfectly normal part of Internet operations and are also used by VivaAmar International Matchmaking Agency to safely identify you each time you logon and use the site.

   10.6. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or Web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.
