           VivaAmar incorporated itself in 1995 as a “Marriage Agency” serving local market. After several years of profitable and highly-lauded service, we saw the potential of working  with foreign men so  in 1998 smoothly transitioned from local introductions local agency to an international introductions service you see today.

          Mr. Polimeni felt that successful men in the dating arena needed a private, exclusive agency where they could come to find their beautiful and intelligent wives. Introduction services in the new millennium were, after all, no longer only for the dateless and desperate, and were becoming far more acceptable and mainstream. Polimeni realized that busy, upscale men simply didn't have the time to go looking for a relationship, weren't meeting the kind of women that they dreamed about, or were looking for a certain "type" that they couldn't currently find. These men needed a service where they could be introduced to exceptionally beautiful women in a relaxing, discreet and confidential manner. He also saw that, in the dating service industry, the odds of a beautiful woman joining a premier dating service on her own were very low --- so he set out to recruit women through dating scouts.

          Regardless of the changes, we have maintained the same effective practices from 1998 onwards: foreign clients are introduced to high-caliber matches every time, providing constant, unwavering support from the start to the completion of the matchmaking process.

          VivaAmar was founded in January 1998 by Ignacio Polimeni, the agency's owner. It is Ignacio Polimeni’s undeniably innate ability to know when two people are perfect for each other, that has turned VivaAmar from an at home start-up into a nationally recognized brand. In doing so, Ignacio has become one of the industry's most respected professionals and sought-after relationship experts.

           Ignacio got into the matchmaking business because it was a natural extension of his professional and personal lives. Prior to VivaAmar, Ignacio  enjoyed a 10-year career in Public Relations and Executive Recruiting as well as Headhunter doing his work for foreign companies. He found that he was constantly connecting foreign men on a professional level, and at the same time, he has noticed  he had success in setting some of them up on dates with quality Argentinean women. VivaAmar allows his to do what he enjoys and what comes naturally. “I apply the same proven executive recruitment methodology that works when finding a candidate for a corporation as I do finding the right person for my clients.
